Agreement

By using the Teleka application and its services (including SACCOs, Cash Rounds, and Loans), you agree to these Terms and Conditions established by Boosted Technologies Limited.

Eligibility

Users must be of legal age in their jurisdiction and provide accurate, verified information for KYC compliance.

Wallet Use

The Teleka e-Wallet is the central hub for all transactions. Funds are held securely but Boosted Technologies Limited is not a licensed bank. Wallet functions are subject to system rules (e.g., freezing, transfer limits).

Group Rules

SACCOs and Cash Rounds are autonomous. Teleka provides the platform; group creators and signatories are responsible for group rules, collections, payouts, and multi-sig approvals. Group decisions are final within the application framework.

Fees and Subscriptions

Usage of SACCO and Loan features is subject to prepaid subscription fees (monthly, quarterly, yearly). Failure to renew may lead to the group becoming 'Restricted' after a 7-day grace period.

Termination

Boosted Technologies Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to meet required KYC verification levels.
